Privacy notice

Sfootcare Solution is run by Ndipbesong Oben. This notice explains what happens to the details you give me through this website.

What I collect

When you send the booking form, I receive your name, phone number, town, the treatment you're interested in and any message you write. If you mention a health condition, I treat that as sensitive information.

Why I use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange your visit and provide your foot care. I don't sell or share your details for marketing.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Treatment records are kept for as long as professional guidance requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Email info@sfootcaresolution.com or call 07877 000 902. If you're unhappy with how your data is handled, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Photos

Treatment photos on this website are shown with each client's permission and don't show faces or names. If you'd like a photo of your feet removed, get in touch and I'll take it down.
